Where it is located?
The Zu San Li point is located below the kneecap, so you have to place your hand on the knee (right hand on the right knee and left hand on the left knee). The point is located between the ends of the ring finger and the pinky, between the bones. You can locate the point also by sitting on the floor and pressing your feet strongly on the ground in front of you. Your heels should not raise from the floor. You should check the area below the knee which is slightly lighter. Locate the highest point there, pressing the finger against it.
Why it is called the point of hundred diseases?
This point can:
- Regulate the spinal chord which is responsible for proper function of the gastrointestinal and digestive tract, adrenal glands, kidneys, and reproductive system.
- Controls the organ work in the lower part of the body.
When pressed, this point can increase the function of the adrenal glands and it is one of the most essential glands when it comes.

Massage it in the morning, before you take your lunch, repeating circular motions clockwise for 9 times on every leg. The point has to be massaged for 10 minutes in total. You have to relax prior the massage. Focus on breathing and your feelings, enter a conformity zone and be aware of the healing process. The massage will have a stimulating effect.
Us the fingers or grain cereals like rice, oats, or buckwheat. You can also use a garlic clove and cut it in half, securing it for 1-2 hours on the point, or until the skin turns red.
